Privacy Policy

GoSino is an independent travel planning tool operated at www.gosion.site. We are not a government agency, visa issuer, or map provider.

Depending on how you use the service, we may process:

• Account data — email address and authentication identifiers when you sign up or log in.
• Trip data — itineraries, hotel addresses, notes, and checklist progress you save in your account.
• Waitlist data — email and optional city interest if you join the City Pack waitlist.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and request logs processed by our hosting and security providers (for example Vercel, Cloudflare Turnstile).
• Local device data — synced trip content cached in your browser or service worker for offline mobile viewing (stored on your device, not on our servers beyond the account copy).

We use personal data to:

• Provide and secure your account, trips, and mobile sync links.
• Send authentication emails (signup confirmation, password reset) via our email providers.
• Send City Pack waitlist updates if you opted in.
• Prevent abuse (rate limits, bot protection).
• Improve reliability and fix errors.
• We do not sell your email address or trip content to third parties.

We rely on trusted processors to run the product. These may include Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (DNS, security, Turnstile), Mapbox and Amap (maps and geocoding). Each provider processes data under their own terms and privacy policies.

We use session cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in and to protect signup/login with Turnstile where enabled.

Trip sync and offline viewing may store itinerary data in your browser local storage or service worker cache on your phone.

We keep account and trip data while your account is active. You may delete trips from your dashboard; contact us to request account deletion.

Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and debugging.

You can update trip content in the app, opt out of City Pack emails by contacting us from the address you signed up with, and request access or deletion by emailing us.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or other regions with privacy laws, you may have additional rights subject to applicable law.

GoSino is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
