Terms of Service

GoSino is a free (core features) trip planning tool for foreign visitors to China. It helps you organize itineraries, sync plans to your phone, and display Chinese addresses for drivers.

GoSino is independent and is not affiliated with any government, embassy, map provider, or taxi service.

Content on the site — including checklists, Survival guides, visa summaries, embassy contacts, and SOS information — is general information only.

We do not guarantee entry eligibility, visa outcomes, map accuracy in all conditions, or the availability of third-party apps (Alipay, DiDi, Amap, etc.).

Always verify visa and customs rules on official government sources before you travel. In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You must provide a valid email address and accurate trip information you choose to store.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass security, or violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the trip content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service (including generating share/sync links you choose to use).

Share links and QR codes expose a read-only view of a trip to anyone with the link. Keep tokens private if you do not want others to view your plan.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
• Scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform beyond normal personal use.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to access other users' data.

Maps, geocoding, email, eSIM partners, and external websites linked from Survival or City Pack pages are operated by third parties. Your use of them is subject to their terms.

Some Survival links may be affiliate links where disclosed. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, especially on mobile networks in China or when third-party map APIs are unavailable.

We may change, limit, or discontinue features. Core free tools are intended to remain free, but pricing for optional products (such as City Pack) may be introduced separately.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOSINO AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING TRAVEL DISRUPTIONS, MISSED CONNECTIONS, OR RELIANCE ON ADDRESSES OR ROUTES.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
